米非司酮合用散结镇痛胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症

目的探讨米非司酮合用散结镇痛胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症（EMs）的临床疗效。方法选取2008年12月-2011年6月我科收治的98例EMS患者临床资料，随机分为治疗组和对照组两组，治疗组50例采用米非司酮合用散结镇痛胶囊，而对照组48例仅给予米非司酮。观察比较二者的临床疗效及治疗前后外周血PGF。和CAl25水平。结果治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组与治疗组PGF。和CAl25水平治疗前差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后两组两因子水平均有明显降低（P〈O．01），且治疗组明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论米非司酮合用散结镇痛胶囊是安全有效的治疗EMS的药物。

The therapeutic effect of Mifepristone combined with Sanjiezhentong Capsule for endometriosis

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of Mifepristone combined with Sanjiezhentong Capsule for endometriosis.Methods 98 endometriosis patients in our department from December 2008 to December 2011 who accepted conservative treatment were divided into two groups randomly,the treatment group 50 cases and the control group 48 cases.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Mifepristone combined with Sanjiezhentong Capsule and which in the control group were treated with Mifepristone only.The clinical effect and serum PGF2a and CA125 were comprised between the two groups.Results Total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no difference of the serum PGF2a and CA125 level in the two groups before the treatment(P > 0.05).The two factors in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.01).In comparison with the control group,the serum PGF2a and CA125 levels in the treatment group was significantly lower after the treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Sanjiezhentong Capsule is a safe and efficient treatment method of endometriosis.
