全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效分析

目的探讨全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床效果及安全性。方法选择老年股骨颈骨折患者96例,随机分为全髋关节置换组50例,人工股骨头置换组46例。比较两组患者的手术时间、出血量、术后并发症发生率及术后1年的髋关节功能恢复情况。结果人工股骨头置换组的手术时间、出血量均少于全髋关节置换组（P〈0.05）;全髋关节置换组术后并发症发生率低于人工股骨头置换组（P〈0.05）;术后1年全髋关节置换组的髋关节功能的恢复情况优于人工股骨头置换组（P〈0.05）。结论全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折可降低患者术后并发症的发生率及改善临床治疗效果,具有较好的疗效。

Clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with displaced femoral neck fractures

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of displaced femoral neck fractures with elderly patients.Methods 96 patients with femoral neck fracture and were divided into total hip arthroplasty groups(n = 50) and femoral head replacement groups(n = 46).The time of operation,blood loss during the operation,postoperative complication rates and functions of the hip at 1 year follow-up were compared between two groups.Results The operation time and blood loss during the operation in femoral head replacement groups were less than in total hip arthroplasty(P < 0.05),incidence of rate complication and functions of the hip at 1 year follow-up in total hip arthroplasty group were better than in femoral head replacement groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion Total Hip arthroplasty in the treatment of displaced femoral neck fractures with elderly patients could lower incidence of rate complication and improve clinical effect.
