| 摘 要： | 目的观察妇炎康的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成法、大鼠足跖肿胀法、小鼠耳廓肿胀法研究妇炎康的抗炎作用。采用热板法和醋酸扭体法，以对乙酰氨基酚为阳性对照药对妇炎康的镇痛作用进行研究。结果妇炎康具有抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成的作用；对角叉菜胶致大鼠的足跖肿胀具有显著的抑制作用，同时能显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠的耳肿胀程度和提高小鼠痛阈作用。结论妇炎康具有抗炎镇痛作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Fuyankang Tablet.Methods The rat granuloma formation method,rat paw edema method and mouse ear swelling method respectively were used to study anti-inflammatory effect of Fuyankang.Hot plate and acetic acid writhing method were used to observe analgesic effect of Fuyankang.Paracetamol as a positive control was used in the study.Results Fuyankang could inhibit granuloma formation,and showed significant inhibition to rat paw edema induced by carrageenin.Moreover it could decrease mouse ear swelling induced by dimethyl benzene and improve the mouse pain threshold.Conlusion Fuyankang has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. |
