集束化治疗对感染性休克患者预后的影响

摘    要:目的评估集束化治疗在重症医学科实施情况及对感染性休克患者病死率的影响。方法回顾性分析2009年10月~2010年12月我院ICU收治的感染性休克患者48例,根据患者是否完全实施集束化治疗分为两组。将完全实施6 h集束化治疗患者20例作为观察组,将未完全实施集束化治疗患者28例作为对照组,比较两组的病死率和平均住院时间。结果观察组病死率和住院平均时间明显少于对照组(P〈0.05),而APACHEⅡ评分两组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论集束化治疗可以较好地降低感染性休克患者的病死率,应提高感染性休克患者集束化治疗的依从性。

Abstract:Objective To assess the influence of implementation of bundle treatment on the fatality rate of patients with septic shock in ICU department.Methods 48 cases of patients with septic shock in ICU department of our hospital from October 2009 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively and divided into two groups according to implementation of full bundle treatment or not.20 patients who were full implemented 6 h bundle treatment were divided into the observation group,28 cases of patients who were not fully implemented bundle treatment were divided into the control group.The fatality rate and average hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results The fatality rate and average hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05),and APACHE Ⅱ score of the two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion Bundle treatment can reduce the fatality rate of patients with septic shock preferably,the compliance of bundle treatment in patients with septic shock should be improved.
