健康教育在初治肺结核患者中的应用

目的通过健康教育,有效的传播健康知识,建立健康行为。方法对120例初治肺结核患者住院期间的入院指导、疾病知识、消毒隔离知识、药物知识、饮食与休息、心理和出院等的指导。结果 120例初治肺结核患者结核病相关知识掌握情况和心理状态改善情况,健康教育前后有显著性差异（均P〈0.01）。结论通过对患者的健康教育,满足了患者对相关疾病知识的需求,对肺结核的诊治有了正确的认识,不仅能积极配合治疗和护理,而且增强了患者康复的信心,促进疾病的康复。

Application on health education in tuberculosis patients receiving initial treatment

Objective To effectively disseminate health knowledge and establish healthy behaviors through health education.Methods 120 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in their initial treatment were given in-hospital guidance,knowledge of disease,disinfection and isolation and drugs and diet and rest,psychological and discharge guidance.Results Knowledge related to the disease and psychological state of the 120 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis significantly improved after health education(all P < 0.01).Conclusion Health education to patients meets the needs of the patient to gain disease-related knowledge and can help patients have a correct understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis to improve their cooperation in treatment and care.Health education and also enhance confidence of patients in rehabilitation,thus to promote their recovery.
