胃癌组织中三叶因子、环氧化酶、血管内皮生长因子的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的观察胃癌组织中三叶因子(TFF1)、环氧化酶(COX-2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达水平,并研究其与胃癌分化分期的关系。方法分别检测60例胃癌组织及40例正常胃黏膜组织中的TFF1、COX-2、VEGF的表达水平,比较其差异。并研究胃癌组织中的TFF1、COX-2、VEGF水平与病理类型、分化分期等的关系。结果胃癌组织中的TFF1表达率(41.67%)明显低于正常胃黏膜组织(100%),其COX-2灰度值(195.42±19.53)]明显低于正常胃黏膜组织(216.46±18.57)],而VEGF阳性率(66.67%)显著高于正常黏膜组织(42.50%)。各病理类型间的TFF1、COX-2、VEGF水平无差异(P〉0.05),而高、中、低分化胃癌组织的TFF1、COX-2、VEGF水平也无差异(P〉0.05),各病理分期水平的TFF1、COX-2、VEGF水平有差异(P〈0.05)。分期水平越高,TFF1表达率及COX-2灰度值越低,而VEGF阳性率则越高。结论 TFF1、COX-2、VEGF水平在胃癌组织及正常胃黏膜组织中的表达明显不同,并与肿瘤的分期密切相关,预示其与肿瘤的淋巴及血液转移等密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To observe the expression levels of trefoil factor family(TFF1),cyclooxygenase(COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in gastric cancer tissue and study their relationship with the differentiation and staging of gastric cancer.Methods The expression levels of TFF1,COX-2 and VEGF in 60 cases of gastric cancer tissue and 40 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissue were detected respectively and compared.The relationship between the TFF1,COX-2 and VEGF levels and the pathological type,the differentiation and the staging of gastric cancer were studied.Results The expression rate of TFF1 in gastric cancer tissue(41.67%) was significantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosa tissue(100%),the gray value of COX-2 in gastric cancer tissue (195.42±19.53)] was significantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosa (216.46±18.57)],and the positive rate of VEGF in gastric cancer tissue(66.67%) was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa(42.50%).The TFF1,COX-2 and VEGF levels of different pathological types were not statistically different(P > 0.05) and the TFF1,COX-2 and VEGF levels of highly,moderately and lowly differentiated gastric cancer tissues were not statistically different either(P > 0.05),but the TFF1,COX-2 and VEGF levels of different pathological stages were significantly different.The higher the pathological stage was,the lower the expression rate of TFF1 and the gray value of COX-2 were and the higher the positive rate of VEGF was.Conclusion The expression levels of TFF1,COX-2 and VEGF are significantly different between gastric cancer tissue and normal gastric mucosa tissue and are closely related to the staging of tumor,indicating that they are closed related to the lymphatic and blood metastasis of tumor.
