下咽癌患者放射治疗的护理与人性化服务

目的总结并探讨下咽癌放射治疗的护理与人性化服务的效果。方法对17例放射治疗的下咽癌患者实施有效的、人性化的护理,通过入院时热情接诊及宣教,营造舒适环境,给予心理支持,严密细致观察病情,做好并发症的预防及护理。结果全部患者按计划完成放射治疗,放射治疗的并发症均治愈。结论下咽癌患者放射治疗的护理中,应重视治疗并发症的防护,细致观察病情,及时准确的护理以及实施人性化服务,保证了治疗的顺利进行,增加患者舒适,提高了生存率及生存质量,同时也改善了护患关系。

The hypopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiation therapy care and humanistic nursing care

Objective To summarize and discuss the effect of hypopharyngeal carcinoma patients with the radiation therapy care and humanistic nursing care.Methods The effective humanistic nursing care to 17 cases of hypopharyngeal carcinoma patients were given through the enthusiasm accepts and mission,and a comfortable environment was created to the patients,psychological support was given,patient’s condition was watched carefully and the prevention and nursing of complicating disease were given when they were hospitalized.Results All patients had completed radiation therapy as scheduled,the complicating disease of radiation therapy were cured.Conclusion During the process of hypopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiation therapy,treatment prevention and protection should be paid attention to the complicating disease,watching patient’s condition carefully,giving the nursing timely and carry out humanistic nursing care at the same time can guarantee the smooth of treatment.For improving the survival rate and the life quality should increase the comfortable environment to patients,as a result it can also improve the relationship of caregivers and patients.
