集中式培训护士骨干的方法与效果评价

摘    要:目的探讨在ICU集中培训护士骨干的方法与管理。方法采用随机对照试验方法,将136例护士用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各68例。试验组护士采取改进后的带教方法,对照组遵循常规带教方法。结果试验组的理论知识、操作技能和满意度得分均高于对照组(PP〈0.01)。结论护士进入ICU集中进行标准化、规范化教学培训,持续性灵活、形式多样化的培训,激发护士的学习兴趣,不仅提高了受培训护士临床发挥能力,而且提高了整体护理质量的水平,为适应医院快速发展,在ICU培训护士骨干方面取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the centralized training methods and management of nursing mainstay in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods 136 nurses were randomly divided into 2 groups used random number table,there were both 68 nurses in the test group and the control group.Those nurses in the test group were trained by centralized training methods,while the control group by the common methods.Results The points of the test group of knowledge,technical operations and the satisfaction degree were better than the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion To train the nurses in ICU with centralized training methods can help to improve their caring ability and skill levels,and it is an effective way to train the ICU′s nursing mainstay.
