白硇砂和紫硇砂及其炮制品中微量元素的测定

摘    要:目的同时测定白硇砂Sal Ammoniac和紫硇砂Halite Violaceous及各炮制品中Al、As、B、Ba、Be、Bi、Ca、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Ga、Hg、K、Li、Mg、Mn、Ni、Pb、Sb、Sn、Ti、Tl、V、Zn共26种元素的量。方法以混酸(HNO3-HCl-HF,5∶2∶2)进行微波消解制样,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法进行测定。结果该方法的加样回收率在94.4%~106.8%,RSD在1.06%~3.50%。白硇砂中检出20种元素,紫硇砂中检出19种元素;各炮制品中检出的微量元素种类与生品基本相同。结论经加醋煮或加醋捞制后,白硇砂和紫硇砂中As、Cd、Cr、Pb等有害元素的量降低,为深入研究其炮制工艺和炮制减毒机制提供参考依据。

Abstract:Objective To simultaneously determine the contents of twenty-six trace elements of Al,As,B,Ba,Be,Bi,Ca,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,Ga,Hg,K,Li,Mg,Mn,Ni,Pb,Sb,Sn,Ti,Tl,V,and Zn in Sal Ammoniac and Halite Violaceous as well as their different processed samples.Methods Samples were digested and prepared with HNO3-HCl-HF(5∶2∶2) by microwave digestion and determined by ICP-AES.Results The average recovery is 94.4%—106.8% and RSD is 1.06%—3.50%.Twenty elements were determined in Sal Ammoniac and 19 elements in Halite Violaceous.The kinds of elements in different processed products were about the same as their raw materials.Conclusion After being processed with vinegar,the harmful elements of As,Cd,Cr,and Pb decrease.This research could provide us with scientific foundation for further study on different processing methods and attenuate mechanism after being processed.
