长托宁对急性有机磷农药中毒患者的疗效分析

摘    要:目的观察长托宁治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效。方法将76例急性有机磷中毒患者随机分为长托宁组和阿托品组,各38例,两组在常规治疗的基础上分别给予长托宁和阿托品肌注联合氯解磷定治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果长托宁组和阿托品组的有效率分别为97.4%和78.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);长托宁组的中毒症状消失时间和胆碱酯酶活力恢复时间均明显短于阿托品组,住院时间也明显缩短(P〈0.05)。长托宁组的用量和给药次数均明显少于阿托品组(P〈0.05)。治疗过程中长托宁组的不良反应发生率为7.9%,显著低于阿托品组的26.3%(P〈0.05)。结论长托宁用于急性有机磷中毒的抢救疗效显著,起效快,用量少,且不良反应少,值得在临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect on acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning treated by Penehyclidine Hydrochloride.Methods 76 cases with acucte organophosphate peticide poisoning were randomly divided into Penehyclidine Hydrochloride group and Atropine group,with 38 cases in each group.The two groups were given Penehyclidine Hydrochloride and Atropine at the base of conventional treatment,the efficacy was compared.Results The total effective rate of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride group was 97.4%,significantly higher than 78.9% of Atropine group(P < 0.05).The disappear time of poisoning symptoms and cholinesterase energy recovery in Penehyclidine Hydrochloride group was shorter than the Atropine group(P < 0.05).The drug dose and the average number of drugs were significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride group was 7.9%,significantly lower than Atropine group(26.3%)(P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect on acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning treated by Penehyclidine Hydrochloride is satisfactory,recovery faster and less adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
