| 摘 要： | 目的探讨社会支持对胫骨平台骨折膝关节功能恢复和生活质量的影响。方法将90例胫骨平台的患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加强社会支持,比较两组患者的膝关节恢复情况及生活质量。结果观察组治疗后、随访时的膝关节功能评分均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。且观察组的各项生活质量的评分显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论社会支持护理有利于促进胫骨平台患者的膝关节功能的恢复,提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of social support on knee function recovery of patients with tibial plateau fractures.Methods 90 cases of tibial plateau were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given social support care,and knee joint rehabilitation and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Knee function scores in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The social support nursing is conducive to the promotion of the tibial plateau knee function in patients and it can improve the quality of life of patients. |
