常压引流对单侧全髋关节置换术后的引流效果

摘    要:目的探析常压引流对单侧全髋关节置换术后患者的引流效果。方法选取79例行单侧全髋关节置换术的患者,分两组,实验组予术后常压引流,对照组予负压引流,观察两组疗效。结果实验组术后输血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.03,P〈0.05)。实验组引流护理工作时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.14,P〈0.05)。实验组患者12、24、48 h的平均引流量均少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。出院时,实验组关节Harris功能评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=2.05,P〈0.05)。结论对于单侧全髋关节置换术后患者,采取常压引流可明显减少引流液量,减少关节腔内及周围渗血量,防止血肿形成,降低术后感染发生率,利于患者髋关节功能恢复。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of atmospheric pressure drainage in patients after single-side total hip arthroplasty.Methods Divided 79 cases of patients treated by single-side total hip arthroplasty into two groups randomly,while experimental group received atmospheric pressure drainage and control group received negative pressure drainage.Compared the treatment effectiveness.Results Blood transfusion of experimental group was less than that of control group,and a significant difference was observed(t = 2.03,P < 0.05).Drainage nurse time of experimental group was less than that of control group,and there was a significant difference between them(t = 15.14,P < 0.05).Average drain volume of experimental groups was less than that of control group,and a significant difference was observed(P < 0.05).Before patients discharged from hospital,Harris score of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and a significant difference was observed(t = 2.05,P < 0.05).Conclusion For patients after single-side total hip arthroplasty,atmospheric pressure drainage can significantly reduce introduction flow and blood volume of articular cavity,prevent formation of hematoma,reduce incidence of postoperative infection and benefit recovery of hip joint function.
