海员功能性消化不良的研究

目的探讨海员功能性消化不良（functionaldyspepsia，FD）患者幽门螺杆菌（helicobacterpylori，Hp）感染状况，及根除FD海员阳性Hp后对改善症状的影响。方法选择FD症状表现海员与健康海员体检自愿者各200例．进行^13C一尿素呼气试验检测，分析两组问的差异。将FD海员合并Hp感染者124例随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予根除幽门螺杆菌治疗．对照组只给予一般对症治疗，门诊随访1年，评估两组FD症状的改变情况。结果海员FD患者与健康海员Hp感染差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗组患者在根除Hp后症状积分改善率达58．2％，显著高于对照组（29-3％，P〈0．01）。结论海员FD患者与健康海员Hp感染无明显差异性，海员Hp阳性的FD患者根除Hn后痱状有明碌改善。

Study of functional dyspepsia among the seamen

Objective To investigate helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection status of seamen with functional dyspepsia(FD) and the influence of Hp eradication on the symptoms of Hp positive patients with FD.Methods 200 cases of seamen with FD symptoms and 200 cases of health medical volunteers were selected.The status of Hp infection was determined by 13C-UBT,and the differences between the two groups were analyzed.124 seamen with FD combined with Hp infection were randomly allocated into two groups.Treatment group was given Hp eradication therapy,the control group was given symptomatic treatment.The change of the FD symptoms were assessed between the two groups after one year’s follow-up.Results The difference of Hp infection between the FD seamen patients and healthy seamen was not significant(P > 0.05),the improvement rate of symptom score of the treatment group after Hp eradication was 58.2%,which was significant higher than the control group(29.3%,P < 0.01).Conclusion FD patients and healthy seamen has no significant difference in Hp infection;symptoms are improved significantly after seamen Hp eradication of FD patients with Hp positive.
