| 摘 要： | 我院于 1998年开始建立富有成效、充分量化、便于操作的护理工作质量考评制度 ,坚持实事求是、公平公正、注重实绩、客观全面、激励上进的原则 ,采取领导、同行评比相结合的方法 ,有效地促进了护理队伍整体素质的提高。本文通过建立护理工作质量考评制度的作用、内容、方法以及所取得的成效 ,探讨了建立这一制度的重要性及其对提高整体护理水平的促进。

| Abstract: | Our hospital began to set up the fruitful,fully ,measurable and feasible nursing quality system,sticking to the practical and realistic and stimulating principle,adopting the method combining the leaders' appreciation and praise with the colleagues',which improves the overall nursing quality. This article deals with the importance of setting up the system and the improvement of the overall nursing level through the function,content and the effects of the system. |
