转录因子GATA-1的研究进展

摘    要:GATA1是最早发现的GATA家族成员,表达在早期红系细胞、巨核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、肥大细胞、睾丸基质Sertoli细胞及非造血胚胎干细胞中。转录因子GATA-1在正常红细胞增殖、分化过程中起重要的生物学作用,且控制着巨核细胞、肥大细胞和嗜酸性细胞的分化。转录因子GATA-1可以和许多生物大分子柜互作用,如红细胞生成素(EPO)、FOG(friend of GATA)、GATA-2等,在血小板减少症、多发性骨髓瘤、白血病等疾病发病中发挥着重要的生物学效应。

Abstract:GATA-I namely GATA-binding factor 1,is the founding member of the GATA family of transcription factors.It was found in early erythroid cells,megakaryocytes,eosinophilic cells,mast ceils,sertoli cells in testis,and nonhematopoietic embryonic stem cells.In addition its functions in erythroid development,GATA-1 is also required for the normal differentiation of megakaryocytic cells ,mast cells and eosinophilic cells.GATA-1 is also critical in maintaining muhilineage homeostasis.GATA-1 has been shown to interact with a variety of proteins,including EPO,FOG,GATA-2 and so on,and it plays a role in various diseases,such as thrombocytopenia ,multiple myeloma and leukemia.
