| 摘 要： | 目的 从细胞水平撂讨川芎嗪联合葛根素对促进内皮细胞的增殖和修复功能的影响.方法 采用体外培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs)进行干预.检测HUVECs中MDA含量和SOD、t-PA、PAI-1活性.各组细胞上清液中漂浮细胞变化.结果 与模型组比较.川芎嗪联合葛根素用药能够显著降低HUVECs中MDA含量,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05),提高内皮细胞SOD,t-PA活性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)和降低PAl活性.差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),减少缺氧后内皮细胞漂浮,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 川芎嗪联舍葛根素,改善细胞缺血缺氧显著优于川芎嗪及葛根素的单用,为临床用药提供科学的理论及实验依据.
