| 摘 要： | DICOM是医学影像存储和传输的国际标准，它是随着图像化、计算机化的医疗设备的普及和图像存档与通讯系统（PACS）和远程医疗系统的发展应运而生。DICOM医学图像在CT、MR、医院PACS系统中应用广泛。但是大多数图像处理软件都不支持DICOM图像文件格式，所以要处理D1COM图像文件必然要对其进行格式转换，文章通过对DICOM和BMP文件格式的介绍，用VB6．0实现读取DICOM图像数据并转换为BMP格式并进行加窗显示、垂直镜像变换，对医学影像技术的研究具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | DICOM is the international standard of the memory of medical image and the transmission. It is with the image of the computerized medical equipment and the popularity of picture archiving and communications systems （PACS） and the development of telemedicine systems have emerged.This paper analyses the format of DICOM and BMP, and the data of DICOM image were read with the window displayed; plumb mirror were transformed and memorized in the format of BMP by using VB.The test shows that has a great value in clinical application. |
