| 摘 要： | 目的探讨将夹层明胶海绵油纱条在鼻内窥镜术后填塞止血的应用效果。方法2003年1月至2009年4月因慢性鼻窦炎,鼻息肉,进行鼻内窥镜手术的病人400例。用明胶海绵与油纱条共同填塞的夹层明胶海绵作为填塞材料,与金霉素普通纱条填塞后的止血效果、鼻腔反应进行比较。结果用夹层明胶海绵填塞止血的效果好,与普通纱条相比,夹层明胶海绵纱条抽取时出血少,填塞后的鼻腔反应轻。结论夹层明胶海绵油纱条是一种物美价廉的鼻内窥镜手术后填塞止血的材料。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize padding effect of gelatin sponge vaseline pledget after nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods Application of gelatin sponge vaseline pledget for nasal packing of chronic sinusitis and polyps after endoscopic sinus surgery was carried out in 400 cases during January 2003 to April 2009,and they were compared with packing of aureomycin ointment gauze.
