| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨联合手术治疗复杂性眼球穿孔伤、眼前段遭到严重破坏者的手术方法及临床效果。方法：采用穿透性角膜移植（ｐｅｎｅｔｒａｔｉｎｇ ｋｅｒａｔｏｐｌａｓｔｙ，ＰＫ）联合前段玻璃体切除及人工晶体巩膜缝线固定三联手术治疗复杂性眼球穿孔伤患者２２例（２２眼），术后随访３～２８个月。结果：术后６个月矫正视力≥０．３者１６眼，０．２者２眼，０．１５者２眼，０．１者１眼，０．０５者１眼。单眼脱残率为７２％，脱
