| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑膜癌病的临床特点及脑脊液细胞学改变,影像学改变。方法:对2002年1月～2008年1月收治的21例脑膜癌病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:首发症状多以头痛、呕吐为主,可伴脑神经和脊神经损害及脑膜刺激征;脑脊液压均力不同程度增高,细胞数、蛋白升高,糖、氯化物下降;细胞学检查发现癌细胞。结论:影像学,脑脊液细胞学检查是诊断脑膜癌病的重要依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the clinical characteristic of meningioma and the cytological changes of CSF(cerebrospinal fluid) and imageological changes of meningioma patients.Results:To make a retrospective analysis to a series of clinical materials from 21 cases of meningioma patients registered from January 2002 to January 2008.Result:Headache and vomiting make up a dominant portion of the primary symptoms of this disease which are sometimes accompanied by damages to cerebral and spinal nerve.The CSF pressure re... |
