| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用股骨近端抗旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗老年人股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法:2007年1月～2009年6月应用PFNA治疗老年不稳定股骨转子间骨折26例,骨折按AO分型,31.A2:15例,31.A311例。结果:24例患者获得随访,随访时间8～26个月,平均14.1个月;24例患者均获得1期骨性愈合.愈合时间为12～26周,平均16.4周。髋关节功能按Sanders评分标准评价:优18例,良4例,可2例,差0例,优良率91.7%。结论:对于老年人不稳定型股骨转子间骨折,PFNA具有操作简单、创伤小、骨折固定牢固、并发症少及术后患者可早期离床负重等优点,是一种治疗股骨转子间骨折较为的理想方法。
