| 摘 要： | 目的探讨分析D-二聚体水平与糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）的关系。方法应用酶联荧光分析技术（ELFA）检测68例DR患者和52例无DR患者的D-二聚体水平并做裂隙灯眼底检查。结果 DR组D-二聚体水平明显高于无DR组（P〈0.01）。结论 D-二聚体水平可作为诊断DR的重要指标,抑制患者凝血活性有可能降低DR的发病率。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the relationship of D-dimer level and diabeticretinopathy（DR）.Methods Enzyme-linked fluorescent assay（ELFA） was used for this study.The level of D-dimer was detected in 68 patients with DR and 52 patients without DR who were checked with crack lamp.Results The levels of D-dimer in patients with DR were significantly higher than those in patients without DR（P0.01）.Conclusions The level of D-dimer can be regarded as an important indicator for the diagnosis of DR.Controlling the patients＇ coagulation activity may decrease the risk of DR. |
