中国国际救援队中护理人员合理调配对心理健康的影响

摘    要:目的探讨中国国际救援中护理人员的合理调配对救援人员心理健康的影响。方法在2010年9月14日~10月3日巴基斯坦洪水灾害救援过程中,通过对护理人员的工作安排进行合理调配,包括在流动医院建立不同的护理岗位,根据每位队员的专业能力部署人力、安排其任务。队员均为女性,年龄为(29.6±5.42)(26—45)岁,工作年限为(7.3±6.89)(3~28)年,运用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)自我测评救援前、后心理健康,了解心理健康状况。结果救援前、救援后及常模之间SCL-90各因子的差异均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05),即通过对救援护理人员进行合理调配,护理人员无一例出现心理障碍,圆满完成了救援行动。结论救援过程中护理人员的合理调配能有效减轻心理压力,促进其心理健康,从而提高救援效率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of rational allocation of manpower on the mental health of the nurses in the Chinese International Search and Rescue Team (CISAR). Methods A rational allocation system was adopted, including the establishment of different nursing posts in the mobile hospital, deployment of malapomer and assignment of tasks according to the professional abillty of each members, and implementation of the system of rotation of posts among the 12 nurses in the CISAR, all females, aged(29.6±5.42)(26-45), with the seniority of(7.3±6.89) (3-28) years, during the medical mission in Pakistan affected by flood from 20 August to 14 September 2010 under adverse circumstances. Before and after the practical performance of medical rescue SCL-90 was used to evaluate the psychology of the nurses. Results There were no significant differences in the general score and the scores of different factors in the SCL-90 in the nurses before and after the practical performance of medical rescue (all P〉0.05). Conclusion Rational allocation of manpower helps decrease the mental stress and promote mental health among the nurses in the CISAR.
