表面麻醉应用于防盲白内障手术中的观察

目的评价表面麻醉下小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术的麻醉效果。方法观察100例在表面麻醉下行白内障摘除术中,患者疼痛情况以及术后视力状况。结果 100例患者能顺利配合完成手术,1例追加球周麻醉;有疼痛者为1例,占1%。手术平均时间（15±5）min;术后1个月最佳矫正视力≥0.3占98%。结论表面麻醉下,可以顺利完成小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术,并且是一种安全、有效、经济的选择,适用于防盲手术中开展。

Observation of surface anesthesia in cataract operation in project of preventing blindness

Objective To evaluate anesthesia effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery under surface anesthesia.Methods 100 patients undergone cataract surgery with topical anesthesia.The level of pain and postoperative visual acuity were observed.Results All patients could tolerate the operations,except one case was given peribulbar anesthesia again;average operation time was(15±5) min;1 cases felt slight pain in all cases(1%).1 month after surgery,the best corrected visual acuity≥0.3 in 98%cases.Conclusions Small incision non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract surgery could be done under topical anesthesia,and is a safe,effective,economical choice.It is suitable for use in project of prevention blindness.
