卡培他滨单药治疗老年晚期结肠癌临床观察

目的观察卡培他滨单药治疗老年晚期结肠癌的疗效及安全性。方法对25例具有可测量指标的老年晚期结肠癌患者采用卡培他滨2500mg／（m^2·d），分早晚2次服用，连服14d，21d为1周期，连用2个周期以上。化疗后休息1个月评定疗效。结果25例患者中CR 0例、PR 8例、SD 7例、PD 10例，有效率32％，肿瘤控制率为（CR＋PR＋SD）为60％。主要毒副反应为手足综合征、恶心呕吐腹泻、厌食、皮肤色素沉着、白细胞减少、转氨酶升高等。不良反应轻微，多为I／Ⅱ级。结论卡培他滨单药治疗老年晚期结肠癌有较好疗效，毒副反应轻。

Clinical observation on capecitabin monothereapy for elderly patients with advanced colon cancer

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of treating advanced colon cancer with Capecitabine monotherapy for elderly patients.Methods 25 patients with measurable indicators of elderly patients with advanced colon cancer were treated with capecitabine 2 500 mg/(m2·d) divided in two daily doses and given from day1 to day14.The cycles were repeated every 21 days.All patients received two or more cycles.The effectiveness was evaluated,1 months' rest after the chemotherapy.Results Among the 25 cases of patients,CR 0 cases,PR 8 cases,SD 7 cases,PD 10 cases.The efficient rate is 32 percent,and tumor control rate(CR + PR + SD) is high of 60%.The main side effect was hand-foot syndrome,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,anorexia,skin pigmentation,leukopenia,elevated transaminases,and so on.Minor side is mild mostly ranking at the levelⅠ/Ⅱ.Conclusion Capecitabine monotherapy for the elderly patients with advanced colon cancer has better treatment efficacy,mild minor side effect.
