PACS／RIS在放射科医生日常工作中的应用

目的 探讨影像存档与传输系统（PACS）和放射学信息系统（RIS）在放射科医生日常工作中的应用价值。方法 运用PACS实现了常规X线、CR、CT、MRI等医学影像存储、传输，医生通过PACS影像工作站对图像进行调阅、测量、缩放、调窗和数据测量等后处理，并可根据需要拷贝图像，依据影像所见在RIs内修改诊断模板生成、打印诊断报告。结果 经过2年多的工作实践，我科医生已熟练掌握了PACS／RIS的一般应用方法，运用该系统实现了无胶片阅片，诊断质量得到提高，诊断报告生成速度加快，患者的侯诊时间明显缩短。完成日常医疗工作的同时，科研、教学工作也得到明显加强。结论 运用PACS／RIS明显提高了放射科医生的工作效率，为患者赢得宝贵的就诊时间。

The application of PACS/RIS in daily work of radiologist

Objective To evaluate the value of picture archiving and communication system(PACS)and radiology infor-mation system(RIS)in the daily work of radiologist.Methods With the PACS,the medical images of X-ray,CR,CT,MRI have been successfully finished storage and transmission.Using the image workstation,the radiologist can review,measure,copy,magnify or shrink and make date statistical analysis of the images,also can adjust the window width and window level.According the imaging features,radiologist made up and printed the diagnostic reports in RIS by modi-fying the model of diagnosis report.Results After more than two years practice,the radiologists in our department all have mastered the methods of application of PACS/RIS.With this system,non-film reading to diagnose have been carried out,the quality of imaging diagnoses has been improved,the time for patient waiting for diagnostic report has been shorten,and the works of teaching and researching have been remarkably enhanced.Conclusion By using the PACS/RIS,the radiologist has obviously increased the working efficiency,a patient does not need long time for waiting the diagnostic report.
