补肾活血中药对大鼠慢性高眼压模型多焦视网膜电图的影响

摘    要:目的:观察补肾活血中药对大鼠慢性高眼压(elevated intraocular pressure,EIOp)模型视功能损害的干预作用。方法:采用烙闭上巩膜静脉的方法诱导产生慢性EIOP大鼠模型,将52只SD大鼠随机分为补肾活血高、中、低剂量组、模型组、空白组。连续灌胃8周,于8周末进行多焦视网膜电图(mulfifocal electroretinogram,mfERG)检测。结果:通过对大鼠mfERG-阶函数核(first older kernel,FOK)的观察发现,补肾活血中药有助于总波及1、2、3、4环P1波反应密度、总波P1波峰潜时、2环及3环N1波反应密度,3环、4环N1波峰潜时的恢复。结论:补肾活血中药可以改善大鼠慢性EIOP模型的视功能,有助于mfERG反应密度和波峰潜时的恢复。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) of BnshenHuoXue on the rat model of chronic, moderately elevated intraocular pressure.Methods: By unilaterally cauterizing 3 episderal vessels, the rat model of chronic, moderately elevated intraocular pressure was gotten.52 rots were divided into 5 groups randomly: model control group, treatment groups iwth high, middle, low dosage of BuShenHuoXue of TCM, and normal control group.After given drugs or normal saline for 8 weeks, to observe the effection by muhifocal electroretinogram (mfERG) .Results: To observe the mfERG first order kernel (FOK), Bnshen- HuoXne of TCM can improve P1 wave' s 1, 2, 3, 4 ring' s amplitude density, P1 wave' s peak time, N1 wave' s 2, 3ring' s amplitude density and N1 wave' s 2, 3 ring' s peak time.Conclusion: BuShenHuoXue of TCM can protect the visual function from elevating intraeeular prer, sure, by improving mfERG' s amplitude density and peak time.So the mfERG can be a sensitivity method to evaluate its efficacy.
