| 摘 要： | 农村卫生防疫工作是农村卫生服务体系的重要一环,而乡村医生将会在很长一段时间内充当基层公共卫生服务的主要承担者。笔者通过对龙岩市2853名乡村医生基本情况的调查与分析,探讨农村卫生防疫工作的现状及其影响因素,并就如何通过提高乡村医生的素质来促进农村卫生防疫事业的发展,提出了方法和措施。

| Abstract: | Public health service is an important part of the whole health services in rural aveas,and village doctors will take part in the foundation of public health service in a long time.We investigated 2853 village doctors' basic information of Longyan,analyzed the present situation and effective factors of public health service in rural areas.It also discussed methods and measures about how to improve village doctors' quality in order to impove the development of public health service in rural areas. |
