前列腺增生电切术后精神障碍的分析及护理

目的：分析前列腺电切术后发生精神障碍的原因并探讨防治办法。方法：回顾性分析前列腺电切术后发生精神功能障碍病人的相关临床资料,进行统计学分析和配对检验。结果：术前合并其他系统基础疾病、术后镇痛泵的使用、手术时间过长、术中出血过多、术中大量低渗灌洗液体进入体内及电切综合征的发生都是电切患者术后发生精神障碍的诱因。结论：前列腺电切术后病人发生精神障碍同病人自身和手术本身等多方面因素有关;前列腺电切病人术后预防精神障碍发生也应该从多方面着手加强护理。

The Reason of POP after TURP and Methods of Preventing and Treating

Objective: To analyze the reason of postoperative psychonosema(POP) after transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP) and the methods to prevent and treat it.Methods:21 patients had POP after TURP in our hospital,whose clinical data have been collected and analyzed.Results:Having complications of other system before operation、the using of analgesia pump、long operation time、excessive bleeding during operation、hypotonic irrigating solution entering circulation during operation and TUR yndrome are the reasons of POP after TURP.Conclusion:Different reasons from both patient and operation may cause POP after TURP.Intensive nursing from many aspects must be done to prevent and treat POP.
