| 摘 要： | 目的研究血小板活化和内皮细胞损害对大肠癌病情和预后的影响。方法采用放射免疫法和酶联免疫法测定55例大肠癌和40例正常人血浆血栓烷B2（TXB2）、11-去氢-血栓烷B2（DH-TXB2）、血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白（GMP-140）、血管性血友病因子（vWF）、凝血酶调节蛋白（TM）、血清纤维结合蛋白（FN）和环磷酸乌苷（cGMP）含量。结果 （1）大肠癌TXB2、DH-TXB2、GMP-140、vWF、TM和cGMP升高,FN下降。（2）大肠癌cGMP与TXB2、DH-TXB2、GMP-140、TM之间均呈正相关。（3）合并感染TXB2、DH-TXB2升高,FN下降;已转移FN下降,其余指标升高;手术后FN升高,其余指标下降。结论大肠癌患者存在血小板活化和内皮细胞损害,二者影响大肠癌的转移和预后。
