| 摘 要： | 目的探讨复方角菜酸酯栓在内痔出血中的疗效。方法对35例内痔出血患者应用复方角菜酸酯栓治疗作为治疗组,36例应用痔疮膏治疗作为对照组,观察出血症状的改善情况,评估疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为94.29%,明显优于对照组的69.44%（P〈0.05）;且治疗组局部黏膜水肿较对照组明显减轻,治疗期间未出现全身或局部不良反应。结论复方角菜酸酯栓对于内痔出血的临床疗效显著,用药安全。
