| 摘 要： | 目的 评价经皮冠脉腔内旋磨术与囊扩张术联合应用治疗复杂冠脉病变的疗效。方法 14例 16处血管病变 ,分别先后应用冠脉内旋磨与球囊扩张两种方法。结果 11处病变直接行PTCRA ,于旋磨后发现管腔径偏小或内膜撕裂再行PTCA ,而 5处为PTCA失败后再行PTCRA。14例 (10 0 % )达成功标准。结论 PTCRA与PTCA联合应用治疗冠心病复杂血管病变可提高治疗成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of PTCRA+ PTCA in patients with complicated coronary disease Methods PTCRA+PTCA were performed on 16 lesions in 14 patients in our hospital Results In 14 lesions, PTCA was performed after direct PTCRA in order to achieve opital angigraphic result; PTCRA was performed in 5 coronary artery lesions after failed PTCA 14 patients (100%) had successful result Conclusion The combined use of PTCRA+PTCA can improve the success rate during revasculrization for patients with complicated coronary artery disease |
