| 摘 要： | 目的：了解不同学制护生心理健康状况与应对方式之间的相关性。方法：采用症状自评量袁（SCL-90）、应对方式问卷对290例不同学制的护生进行调查。结果：（1）290例不同学制的护生心理问题阳性发生率为68．7％，男性高于女性，非独生子女高于独生子女，父母文化程度低的高于高的，以上差异均有显著性；（2）不同学制护生之间除了在SCL-90敌对因子上得分差别无显著性外，其他各因子得分差异均有显著性；（3）积极应对方式与SCL-90的抑郁因子呈显著负相关，消极应对方式与SCL-90的9个因子均呈显著正相关。结论：应该为护生建立心理健康档案，并针对护生的心理健康状况，采取因人而异的全程心理健康教育。
