Effect of active circulation thermoperfusion chemotherapy on ascites of ovarian cancer and the levels of HE4,CA125,VEGF and B7-H4

Objective To explore the effect of active circulation intraperitoneal hot perfusion chemotherapy in patients with ascites of ovarian cancer and its effect on serum tumor-related marker levels.Methods 84 cases of ovarian cancer with ascites were selected,42 cases in each group according to the intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy method.Two groups of patients were treated with paclitaxel and cisplatin for different intraperitoneal hot perfusion.Results There was no significant difference in the temperature of the perfusion fluid between the active circulation group and the conventional group when entering the abdominal cavity(P>0.05).When the abdominal cavity was withdrawn,the temperature of the perfusion fluid of the patients in the active circulation group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The CR+PR rate after chemotherapy in the active circulation group was 90.48%,higher than that in the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,the levels of serum HE4,CA125,VEGF,and soluble B7-H4 protein of patients in the active circulation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with ovarian cancer,the use of active circulation intraperitoneal hot perfusion chemotherapy can further improve the treatment effect and effectively reduce the level of serum tumor markers,while not increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
