降压药对肾性高血压病人血浆内皮素含量的影响

目的：研究目前治疗肾性高血压常用降压药物钙离子通道阻滞剂及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂对血浆内皮素含量的影响。方法：35例肾性高血压病人分为两组，18例口服钙离子通道阻滞剂硝苯吡啶（A组），17例口服血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂开搏通（B组），另设正常对照组（C组）。A组和B组治疗前后取血测血浆内皮素含量。结果：A组和B组治疗后血浆内皮素含量均比治疗前降低，无论A组和B组治疗前后均比C组内皮素含量高。结论：血浆内皮素参与肾性高血压的形成，硝苯吡啶与开搏通可降低肾性高血压病人血浆内皮素含量。

Effect of hypotensors on the content of plasma endothelin in patients with renal hypertension

Objective: To study the effect of hypotensors such as calcium channel bloker and angiotensinconverting enzyme inhibitor on the content of plasma endothelin (PET) in treating renal hypertension. Methods:Thirty-five patients with renal hypertension were divided into two groups. Eighteen patients taking calciumchannel blocker-nifedipine (group A),and 17 patients taking angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor-captone(group B). Besides group A and B, group C was set up as control group. Results: After group A and B weretreated, the content of plasma endothelin of the patients was significantly lower than ever before, and higherthan that of the group C. Conclusion:PET participates in the formation of renal hypertension and nifedipine andcaptone can decrease the content of PET in patients with renal hypertension.
