中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果观察

目的:探讨中药液保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:将124例慢性盆腔炎病人随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组64例采用中药保留灌肠,对照组60例采用胎盘组织液肌注和口服中药。结果:观察组与对照组的显效率分别为43.8%和30.2%,总有效率分别为96.9%和70.0%。两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:中药保留灌肠对肌肉刺激少,药液保留时间长,能够充分吸收,从而提高治疗效果。

Observation of the curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by enema with chinese medicine

Objective To improve the curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by enema with chinese medicine. Method 124 patients with the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into two groups: the study group (64 cases) and the control group (60 cases). Patients in the study group were supplied enema with chinese medine,while patients in the control group were injected human placental histosolution and took chinese medine. Results The clear effective rate of the study group and the control group were 43.8% and 30.2%,the total effective rates were 96.9% and 70.0%.There was significant different between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion The enema chinese medine could improve the curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
