高效液相色谱法测定冠脉宁片中葛根素含量

目的：为进一步控制冠脉宁片的质量,建立HPLC法测定冠脉宁片中葛根素的含量。方法：采用回流提取法制备供试溶液,高效液相色谱法测定葛根素含量,色谱条件：Hypersil BDS C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水（25∶75）,检测波长250nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温20℃。结果：葛根素在0.348 0-1.392 0μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 6）,平均回收率为99.79%,RSD=0.42%（n=6）。结论：所建立方法简便可行,专属性强,重现性好,可用于冠脉宁片的质量控制。

Assay of Puerarin in Guan-mai-ning Tablets with HPLC

Objective： To develop an assay of puerarin in Guan-mai-ning Tablet by HPLC so as to control the quality of Guan-mai-ning Tablet further.Method： HPLC was used in the quantitative analysis of puerarin in the sample.The separation was performed on Hypersil BDS C18 column at 20℃ with a mixture of methanol-aquaefer（25∶75） as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 250nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min–1.Result： The linear range of puerarin was 0.348 0-1.3920 μg（r=0.999 6）,the average recovery was 99.79 %,RSD = 0.42% %（n = 6）.Conclusion： The method is simple and feasible.Its specificity is accurate and the reproducibility is good.It is suitable for the quality control of Guan-mai-ning Tablet.
