| 摘 要： | 作者采用Sephadex G—15层析,分别对尿毒症、精神分裂症及正常人血浆中分子物质进行了分析,结果显示尿毒症病人血浆中分子物质各组份均显著增加,而精神分裂症患者血浆中分子物质的组份则发生改变。本结果对进一步探讨中分子物质的生物学活性,揭示其致病机理具有一定意义。

| Abstract: | The middle molecular substances (MMS) of plasma from normal subjects, patients with uremia and schizophrenia were analyzed by Sephadex G-15 chromatography. The results showed that the uremic MMS increased remarkably and the schizophrenic MMS altered differently in comparison with the normal MMS. These findings may be useful for studies both on biological properties of MMS and its relevance to the diseases. |
