低分子肝素治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效观察

目的 观察低分子肝素(LMWH)治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效。方法 112例患者随机分为:LMWH治疗组62例,应用低分子肝素0.4ml,腹壁脐旁皮下注射,2次/d,连续10d为1疗程;复方丹参对照组50例,复方丹参250ml静滴,qd,连用10 d为1疗程。结果 治疗组总有效率90.3％,疗效明显高于对照组72.0％(P<0.01);并可降低血液粘度(P<0.01);CT检查显示治疗组病灶缩小较对照组有显著差异(P<0.01),无严重不良反应。结论 LMWH是治疗急性脑梗死安全有效的药物。

Low Molecular Weight Hepain Therapy for Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate efficacy and safety of lowmolecular weight hepain(LMWH) in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 112 patients were randomly divided into two groups: LMWH therapy group, 62 patients, LMWH was given subcutaneously for 10 days (0.4 ml,ql2 h); of Compound Dan Shen control group, 50 patients, injection was given by vein drop (250 ml), q. d. for 10 d. Results The total effective rate was 90. 3 % in the LMWH group and it was significantly greater than 72. 0 % in the control group (P < 0.01). No serious complication was found such as bleeding, heparin ?induced thrombocytopenia and so on. Conclusions LMWH is efficacious, safe and simple for acute cerebral infarction.
