| 摘 要： | 目的:分析储存式自体血回输技术与前列腺癌(PCa)患者根治术后复发的相关性,探讨该技术在根治性前列腺切除术(RP)中的应用前景。方法:回顾性对比近5年在我院接受RP的随访病例45例,其中储存式自体血回输组(A组)20例,异体血输注组(B组)25例。定期随访tPSA、fPSA、直肠指捡及MRI检查等监测指标,判定肿瘤有无生化复发或转移,分析其组间差异。结果:A组T1a^T1b期8例、T2a^T2c 12例;B组T1a^T1b期14例、T2a^T2c 11例。A组自体输血量800 ml,B组输血量400~1 200 ml。两组手术时间、术中失血量、术后病理检查Gleason评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访时间最短3个月,最长66个月;两组病例术后12个月、术后12~24个月、术后24~36个月、术后36~48个月、术后48个月以上tPSA无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:储存式自体血回收技术对于RP患者是安全的,并不增加肿瘤的复发率。
