| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨锯叶棕果实提取物(SPE)对慢性前列腺炎(CP)模型大鼠生殖功能的影响。方法:40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组,每组10只。A组:空白对照组;B组:空白对照+SPE治疗组;C组:CP模型对照组;D组:CP模型+SPE治疗组。A、C组采用生理盐水灌胃,B、D组给予SPE0.10 g/(kg·d)]灌胃,连续30 d。对SD大鼠前列腺背侧叶注射λ-角叉菜胶建立慢性非细菌性CP模型,停药次日各组大鼠按1∶1比例与雌鼠做交配实验,1周后断颈处死所有雄鼠,取双侧附睾以检测大鼠精子活率及精子计数,同时记录雌鼠妊娠率及仔鼠数。结果:与A组相比,C组大鼠附睾尾精子活率显著降低(68.01±1.80)%vs(62.59±4.82)%,P<0.05]。B、D组大鼠附睾精子活率(67.69±4.06)%、(67.93±3.39)%]与A组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);与A组相比,各组大鼠附睾尾精子计数、雌鼠妊娠率及胎仔数均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:SPE可改善CP大鼠的精液参数,使雌鼠受孕后不影响雌鼠妊娠率及胎仔数。
