一起福利院诺如病毒感染性腹泻疫情的调查分析报告

目的调查本起疫情发生及迅速控制的原因,为控制同类疫情提供依据。方法根据病人的症状、流行病学调查资料和PCR方法检验结果确定本起疫情。采取隔离病人,加强病房消毒,限制探视等方法控制疾病的流行。结果累计发生19例诺如病毒感染性腹泻病例,平均罹患率为5·67%(19/335),其中住院老人为6·69%(16/239),护理人员为3·13%(3/96)。疫情历时11d,高峰期在1月16日,病例分布在三、四和八楼,患者全部是女性;患者的临床表现为腹泻100%,恶心占89·47%,呕吐占78·95%,腹胀占84·21%,腹痛占52·63%,没有人出现寒战、咳嗽以及卡他症状。结论该病例为一起诺如病毒引起的感染性腹泻疫情,日常生活接触是疫情传播的主要方式。及时报告疫情、病房消毒和病人隔离是控制疫情的关键。

Investigation on the Outbreak of Norovirus in the Centre of Socialwellfare luohu

Objective To investigate the cause of the Norovirus diarrhea outbreak and controlled rapidly.To provide the basic for controlling the same disease.Methods The outbreak was confirmed by symptom and character of patient,data of epidemic and PCR test.Epidemic had been controlled by the measure of isolating patient,disaffecting sickroom and restricting visit.Results The nineteen cases had been reported in Luohu Centre of Social Welfare during the outbreak of Norovirus.The attack rate was 5.67%(19/335) averagely,with 6.69% for the elders in hospital and 3.13% for paramedics.The outbreak had been lasted for 11 days,with the peak of epidemic emerging on January 16 2007.All patients were female and lived on the third,fourth and eighth floor of the building.All patients had symptom of diarrhea,89.47% for nausea,78.95% for vomit,84.21% for abdomen swell,52.63% bellyache and,without cough and catarrh.Conclusion An outbreak of infective diarrhea caused by Norovirus had occurred in the centre of social wellfair Luohu.the disease was transmitted by by contacting daily.The key measure of controlling epidemic was reporting cases in time,disinfecting sickroom and isolating patients.
