Thoughmany patients of acutehemorrhagicnerotizing pancreatitis (AHNP)can be curedafter the active managements, the necroticmass or pancreaticpseudocystsarefound in about20%of the patientswhich needfurthertreatments.Our experience shows that operationat the early stagemakes many absorbable necroticmasses which shouldnotbe infected becomein -frcted severely the incidence of necrotic masses in non-operativegroup are higher than thatin op-erative group;butthe necrotic masses did not need the operative treatmentsandthey are ab-sorbable in most of the patients;the non-complicated necroticmasses should not be removed promptly since the operationwill bemore safe as the disease prolongs should not be removed promptly since the operationwill bemore safe as the disease prolongs its course our data shows that 82% of the pancreatic pseudocysts formed after the AHNPcanbe absorbed.
