| 摘 要： | 目的研究丘脑出血非糖尿病性血糖升高预后的影响。方法丘脑出血患者中，高血糖组与血糖正常的患者作对照组，应用统计学方法分析丘脑出血预后与血糖正常组的差异。结果本组丘脑出血患者-过性血糖升高的发生率为47．9％，最高血糖水平为10．22mmol／L。结论丘脑出血-过性血糖升高的发生率和血糖水平、丘脑出血的类型和脑实质内的血量有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical characteristics of hyperglycemia in patients with thalamic hemorrhage.Methods By statistics method following targets are analyzed:the morbidity of hyperglycemia,FBG level.Results The incidence of hyperglycemia is much higher in patients with blood in ventricles.Conclusion The incidence and the level of hyperglycemia in thalamic hemorrhage are subjected to the type and the volume of the dermatome. |
