| 摘 要： | 目的探讨16层螺旋CT血管成像(CTA)在自发性蛛网膜下腔出血病例检出动脉瘤中的应用价值。方法对临床手术证实为颅内动脉瘤的20例自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者行头颅常规扫描及CTA检查。血管重建采用最大密度投影(M IP)和容积再现技术(VR)。结果20例患者经CTA检出动脉瘤共计28个,其中4例患者系多发动脉瘤,其余16例患者为单发。瘤体直径最大40mm,最小的为1.5mm。结论16层螺旋CT的CTA对动脉瘤检出率高,快速、无创、经济,可以作为诊断动脉瘤的首选方法,尤其适用于急诊短期内不能行DAS检查的患者。
