14例创伤性膀胱破裂诊治分析

目的探讨创伤性膀胱破裂的早期诊断及治疗方法，以提高临床治愈率。方法回顾性分析14例创伤性膀胱破裂患者的临床资料，对其诊断、治疗方法进行研究。结果本组13例患者行手术治疗，包括膀眈修补术、膀胱造瘘术；1例行保守治疗，留置导尿管引流，14例患者治疗后排尿均正常，无明显并发症发生。结论逆行膀胱造影是诊断膀胱破裂最可靠的检查方法，对创伤性膀胱破裂应积极行膀胱修补术，保守治疗应掌握其适应证。早期诊断、及时手术是救治成功的关键。

Diagnosis and treatment of 14 cases of traumatic bladder rupture

Objective To discuss early diagnosis and treatment of traumatic bladder rupture.MethodsFourteen cases of traumatic bladder rupture were retrospectively analyzed.Results Thirteen patients receivedsurgical repair of ruptured bladder.One patient had indwelling urinary catheter drainage therapy.All patients couldurinate normally after treatment without complication occurrence.Conclusion Retrograde cystography was the mostreliable diagnostic method.The patient who suffer from traumatic bladder rupture should be treated in early stage bysurgical repair of the ruptured bladder.The indication of nonoperative therapy needs to be properly considered.Theearly diagnosis and operation were the critical points of a successful treatment for traumatic bladder rupture.
