| 摘 要： | 目的:评价康复运动改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的生活质量及肺功能变化。方法:COPD稳定期患者60例,均按COPD疾病诊断指南进行正规药物治疗,同时配合康复运动,包括呼吸体操、八段锦等。治疗前及治疗6个月时采用呼吸问卷(SGRQ)量化评分及肺功能相关指标检测。结果:与治疗前比较,60例患者治疗后FEV1占预计值%和FEV1/FVC(%)均有提高,FEV1占预计值%更明显(P0.05)。SGRQ评分,第一、二部分及总评分治疗前与FEV1占预计值%及FEV1/FVC(%)Pearson’s相关系数存在线形相关性,且与FEV1占预计值%相关性更好;治疗后第二部分及总分治疗前后评分差有临床意义(P0.01)。结论:康复运动在提高COPD稳定期患者的生存质量的同时可明显改善患者的肺功能。
