摘    要:目的:探讨眼针治疗CIRI的时间-效果关系以及可能机制。方法:应用线栓法复制CIRI大鼠模型,于再灌注后3h、24h及72h进行眼针刺激,检测神经功能缺损评分,同时检测大脑海马组织BDNF蛋白及基因表达。结果:与模型组比较,眼针组神经功能缺损评分降低,同时海马组织BDNF表达呈时间依赖性上调(P0.01)。结论:眼针能够改善CIRI神经功能损伤,并具有时间-效果依赖性,其机制可能与对抗损伤脑组织BDNF表达进行性下调有关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate time-effect relationship between eye acupuncture and curative effect of CIRI and the possible mechanisms.Methods: Establishing the rat model of CIRI with suture method.3h,24h and 72h after reperfusion,the neurophysical behaviours were accessed by ZeaLonga neurophysical impairment marks.The methods of Western-blotting and RQ-PCR were taken to detect the alteration of the BDNF protein and BDNF mRNA in rat hippocampus after the eye acupuncture therapy.Results: The expression of the BDNF protein and BDNF mRNA in rat hippocampus after the eye acupuncture therapy was strongly increased at 3h,24h and 72h.The expression of the BDNF at 24h were higher than those at other periods(P<0.01).Conclusion: The eye acupuncture therapy can improve the CIRI evidently,the curative effect at 24h is superior to that at 3h and at 72h.It is related to increasing the expression of hippocampus BDNF..
