手部热压伤的临床治疗分析

目的：探讨手部热压伤的治疗方法。方法：总结60例手部热压伤的治疗方法和效果。非手术治疗12例，手术治疗48例，植皮22例，采用各式皮瓣修复19例，急诊截指二期手指再造5例，未行再造2例。结果：植皮22例，20例全部成活，2例部分坏死，19例皮瓣全部成活。截指一期愈合。随访3月-2年，除截指2人外，功能和外观恢复满意。结论：根据不同烧伤程度、部位选择适当的治疗方法是手部热压伤治疗的关键。

An therapeutic analysis of hand hot-crush injury

Objective To investigate the treatment of hand hot-crush injury.Methods To analyze the ways of treat-ment and healing effects of 60cases with ha nd hot-crush injury,of which there were12cases without operation,and48 cases with surgical treatment.Dermatoplasty was carried out in22cases,and1 9cases were repaired by differ-ent flaps,the other5cases were reconstructed after amputation.In emergency fingers,and2cases without recon-struction.R e sults Out of 22cases with dermatoplasty,20cases survived and the other2 cases were partly necrotic;Flaps in19cases were all survived;Amputated finge r healed in first stage.Following up from3months to2years,the functions and appearances were quite satisfied,except 2cases with amputation.Conclusion It is the key point of treating hand hand hot-crush injury that according to di fferent degree of burn,site and choosing proper treatment.
