改善工厂食堂卫生状况的成本效果调查

目的 调查卫生整改投入资金数,探讨改善工厂食堂卫生状况的据本效果. 方法对惠城区范围内食品卫生临0量化评级后各类等级食堂49家进行现场调查.结果 49家单位食堂共投入资金243.10万元改善食堂卫生状况,受益就餐人数5.25万人,平均每人受益所花费用为46.30元/人;9家由B级到A级的单位中,共计花费资金103.90万元,受益主餐人数为1.90万,平均受益所花费用为54.68元/人;20家由C级到B级的单位中,共花费资金89.85万元,受益就餐人数为1.55万,平均受善所花费用为31.84元/人.结论 企业食堂要提高食品卫生等级需要加大投入整改的资金.
